Sublimation - Technology description

It is a technology that uses odorless, environmentally friendly, water-based inks. It is characterized by a wide range of colors and high color saturation. It is used for prints on polyester materials, mainly on flags and textile banners, which are gaining more and more popularity due to their low weight and ease of transport and assembly.

Rhotex 325 is the latest industrial roll-to-roll device for direct printing on textile materials (polyester) or on transfer paper, water-based ink, with a unique speed of up to 390m2 / h. The printer is equipped with the latest generation Durst WTS Printhead heads, with a variable drop of 7-21 pcl. Additional features of the device are: integrated in the device, drying of printouts and automatic cleaning of nozzles in the heads.
