White Underbase Printing

Intense colors on transparent materials.

UV printing technology with a white underbase makes it possible to achieve vivid and saturated graphics on transparent materials such as acrylic (plexiglass) or transparent foils. The white layer can be applied under the color, over it, or selectively, allowing the graphics to achieve full opacity while leaving selected elements transparent. As a result, prints remain clear and visually appealing even on transparent surfaces.

HAPT printing is a UV printing technology that enables the creation of three-dimensional, tactile structures by applying multiple layers of transparent ink. It allows effects such as reliefs, decorative textures, or elements with varying gloss levels. This technology can be used on flat materials such as dibond and on selected foils, including magnetic film, making it ideal for premium applications and decorative projects.

Lamination involves protecting the surface of the print with a special laminating film that safeguards the graphics from scratches, moisture, or UV radiation. Depending on the needs, matte or glossy laminate can be applied to enhance the visual appearance of the print while increasing its durability. Thanks to lamination, prints are more resistant to damage and maintain their high quality for longer.

UV Varnish

Glossy and durable finish.

UV varnishing involves applying a transparent layer of UV varnish directly onto the print during the printing process. The varnish can be applied to the entire surface or selectively using a prepared mask. This allows for a gloss effect, highlighting selected graphical elements and increasing the print’s resistance to abrasion.
